## pyre batch

Run many pyre commands from a file or stdin, one per line

### Synopsis

Reads commands (without the leading "pyre") one per line and runs them
in this process with the same login. Blank lines and lines starting
with # are skipped. Stops at the first failure unless --continue is
given; the exit code is that of the last failure. --yes and -o apply to
every line, so a batch never waits for a confirmation.

Lines are split like a simple shell (quotes and backslashes work; no
variables or globs). For anything fancier, call pyre from a real shell
script; every command is safe to script directly.

```
pyre batch [file] [flags]
```

### Examples

```
  pyre batch --yes jobs.txt
  printf 'volume list\nsnapshot create backups --label nightly\n' | pyre batch -o json
  pyre batch --continue - < commands.txt
```

### Options

```
      --continue   keep going after a failed line
  -h, --help       help for batch
```

### Options inherited from parent commands

```
      --api string       API base URL (default from the profile, or https://api.pyredata.io)
      --ca-cert string   PEM file with an extra CA to trust (self-hosted managers)
      --insecure         skip TLS certificate verification (lab use only)
  -o, --output string    output format: table, json or plain (default "table")
      --profile string   config profile to use (see: pyre config)
  -q, --quiet            print results only, no notices
      --token string     API token (default from the profile; prefer PYRE_TOKEN in scripts)
  -y, --yes              answer yes to every confirmation (for scripts)
```
